About these terms
These terms, together with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula), apply when you play Shatter Punch. By tapping Accept or playing, you agree to them.
Who can play
Anyone who can use Apple Vision Pro. Apple's guidance is 13 and up, with an adult supervising players under 18, so if you're under 18, check with a parent or guardian first.
Your play space
Give yourself room to swing: about 2 × 2 metres (6½ × 6½ feet) on a clear floor, with nothing within arm's reach in front of you, beside you or above you, and no people or pets in the way. Objects come at your face, your shoulders and each hand, so keep the space clear on both sides.
Built rooms and your real room
In a built room you won't see the room you're in, so set up your space before you start and play in one spot, seated or standing. Apple Vision Pro brings your real room back if you move about 1.5 metres or move quickly, but it won't warn you about things within arm's reach. In Your room, the objects you see are virtual: don't reach for or lean on real furniture to hit one.
Your health
Shatter Punch is a workout. Warm up, take breaks, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, nausea or any discomfort. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant, check with your doctor first. The game has flashing effects and fast motion, so if you have a history of seizures, talk to a doctor before playing. Apple's Important Safety Information for Apple Vision Pro applies too.
Fitness figures
Punches, active time and calories are there to keep you going. The game's calories are an estimate, and Apple Watch calories come from Apple Health. They're not medical advice.
Your licence
Shatter Punch is yours to play on devices you own or control, for your own personal use. Please don't copy, resell, modify or reverse-engineer it, or extract its models, rooms, sounds or music, except where the law allows.
Game Center
Signed in to Game Center, your Endless PowerPlay scores on Medium and Hard go on Apple's leaderboards under your Game Center name, and your achievements show in Game Center. Guest mode sends neither. Game Center is provided under Apple's terms, and scores that look like cheating may be removed.
Other artists' work
Many of the objects, rooms and sounds come from talented artists, used under their licences and credited on the Credits page. Their rights stay theirs, and names or marks that appear don't imply any endorsement.
Updates
We keep improving Shatter Punch, so levels, rooms, objects and features may change or be removed over time, and like any software it may have the occasional bug.
Your ideas
Thank you for every report and idea. If you send one, we're free to use it to make Shatter Punch better.
No warranty
As far as the law allows, Shatter Punch is provided "as is", without warranties. Your rights as a consumer are not affected.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for injury, loss or damage from playing without following these terms and the safety guidance above, or for indirect losses.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, the game will ask you to accept them again. The date at the top shows the last change.
